Modern Reflexology

Reflexology is the art and science of applying pressure to specific reflex points in the feet and hands to increase your energy flow, circulation, and to release tension. Your feet are the foundation of your structure, and much of what goes on in your knees, hips, spine and neck are aresult of the well-being of your feet.
